Bezos is acting as point man for Mocking Bird to secure the CIA cloud contract. This has pissed off Ellison something royal, especially since Oracle was the CIA's database provider since 1979.
CIA wants cloud resources so it can compete against the NSA's sigint capacity and cut them out of the loop. CIA goes black after that and Bezos is actively enabling this.
Amazon has to be wiped of influence or else the CIA can replace the NSA.
