It cannot happen until these EVENTS occur. It isn’t about TIME/DATES so much as an EVENT has to occur to proceed to the NEXT EVENT. Moves and counter-moves, which explains the clock. Events mirror the clock as the launching board, so to speak, that causes the next event. There has to be peace between the nations in order to proceed with the GA. This includes removing the head of the snake, and restoring order. The countries will have to release their nukes- hence Israel is saved for last. We’ve got the other major countries on bird with the plan, but Israel.
