civilian courts are used for either civilians OR military personnel but military courts are for military personnel unless special circumstances exist. It has to be a complete breakdown of the system. Not just the idea of corrupt judges because they would be innocent until proven guilty. a good example would be if BHO birth Cert was false. Every Judge he put on the bench would be void. (329) every prosecutor he appointed would be too. Our system would be so over burdened that it could not provide due process to defendants or conduct daily business. As far as military tribunals for this period in time, we are acting under the authorization for use of military force . the 65K cases are not individual cases. They are court actions. many are individual subpoena request like we saw with the recent unsealing. But in any case, the number will be large and many judges will have to recuse themselves because of who the defendant is. No way to know the scope right now . It is possible that the number of judges left to handle the cases causes a constitutional problem requiring Military Courts to engage
