I can't get my head around 65k+ cases and who will try. Won't these cases get cherry picked/kicked to the most liberal judges? Then others complain of discrepancy in justice. Lets say HB is suspended and tribunals are rolled out nation wide, for the sake of fairness across the spectrum - as close as you could get (right?) There can't be appeal after appeal after appeal. Court room to gallows.
