Anons, found a bunch of promising stuff in the C_A FOIA reading room. Pic related is from a doc called "CONTROLLED OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOR - USSR" in the Stargate collection. There is also a collection of Scientific Abstracts, which seems like info on Russian experiments, patents, and/or reports.
There's over 12k in the Stargate collection (probably 99% corny garbage), and 33k in the Scientific Abstracts.
