I had to look in Russian/Ukranian language sites and use google translate/bablyon translate to find anything about about the victims. Not much available in English.

One photo confirms photo I will post of Viacheslav Anatolievich Ivanov.

Levanov’s son was with him on the crash.

None of the info I was able to find on these 3 confirms that any of them were the “target.” There are close to 70 other people on the plane to investigate.

I found one link online that looked like he was applying for credit or something and had to fill out information. It was in Ukranian.

From this link, he worked at the Malinovsky gunp (?) in the Odessa region. Either as or was applying for senior officer in BC Civil service position category 5.

No confusion anon. There is one passenger but the translation from Russian varies depending on the article that you read. Only one Ilyinov but on some articles it's spelled Levanov. Same person. I've personally seen it spelled all these different ways on different passenger lists over the past week.

Ivanov is a completely different passenger and I made a separate post for him.

I spent a good bit of time yesterday looking at dead scientists and suspicious deaths all connected to Motorola, Bell Labs, etc. The only thing that seemed to come out was the Marconi incidents. No definite proof as yet but they do seem like a good place for more digging.

Ivanov is someone else entirely. I was conflating Levant and Ilyinov, but not Ivanov.

I have read all the rites up to 31. Never was in masonry because what I read kept me out of it. I have not read the rituals for Scottish Rite or Shriner's but have read some books by former masons and it sounds like that added to what I read, it really does get into a lot of occultist things at the upper levels.

My opinion is that in most cases the problem starts in infancy with vaccinations/too many antibiotics disruption the body's immune system and brain function.

That leads to medication and therapy.

But, that in of itself may not be enough to do the programming.

I think Q is talking about dissociative states and programming. The DID can be introduced through specific ritual trauma as can the programming. It doesn't require chip technology to accomplish; just enough time to enforce the programming.

The thing that would seem to be suspicious about what Q said is that the therapists would have to be in on this. They would have to be trained in programming and use their confidential sessions with the subject to do programming instead of therapy.

Once that is accomplished, the individual could be programmed to respond to a pre-arranged stimulus, which could be a color/visual signal, a verbal or audible signal. It could be delivered in person or by cellphone or by an electro-type of signal directed at the subject to activate the programming.

Programming can trigger alters switching. Alters can be co-conscious or amnesiac in which case the shooters may not even remember what they did.

The drugs can make a person more susceptible in a couple of ways. They might make the brain more disinhibited, or more easily dissociated/suggestible/programmed. That is not to say that all meds are harmful to all people. I think there has to be a precise combination of physical trauma, medication, and programming to produce the desired effect in a targeted subject.

Most people would view all of the above as science fiction without having to include chips, although that could be a component of what is going on.

The mind can definitely be split into many parts.
