I used to get so happy at this part because I knew it was almost over…..forgive me Lord for saying that..
Regardless of what anyone thinks of W, that was still his father, and he still loved him. This has been very hard for him. (I get why people are upset about it too).
I get it, as I have been there.

There is something to that rubbing the feet. I photographed a wedding where they had this ritual where the groom washed the bride's feet.
I never asked why or what it meant..
I so admire both of them. I don't know how they
went through that.
And I love them for it.
