Problem is CERN is concerned with slamming proton's together and although that can cause sub atomic frequency's … these frequency's only go a few inches.
They can form a sub atomic particle called a strangelet…but they are relatively heavy and drop to the center of the earth, but the frequency from this only goes a few inches.
