Significantly involved, it seems, in the coverup.

"At the heart of the activity during this critical period is FBI lawyer #1 Tashina “Tash” Gauhar who was on a video conference call with the FBI New York Field Office (NYFO) as the discoveries of hundreds of thousands of Clinton emails were relayed internally to the Mid-Year-Event (MYE) team in DC on September 29th, 2016.

Almost a full month went by until October 27th, 2016, when the MYE team all gathered with James Comey to talk about the laptop issues and the emails. Within the IG review of this period, there is a bunch of ass-covering documentation that takes place in hindsight to the events. The IG is careful to point out each time his investigation is presented with documentary evidence that was clearly written long-after the events being questioned.

The central IG question is: why didn’t the FBI take immediate action to review 725,000 Clinton-centric emails on the Huma/Weiner laptop? Why did they wait a month before seeking a search warrant? Why were they doing nothing?

With these three basic questions Horowitz enters a matrix of FBI excuses, obtuse claims, he-said/she-said, and ultimately a bunch of statements by the MYE team that simply didn’t make a lick of sense. Or put more diplomatically in IG language: “we found most of the explanations offered for this delay to be unconvincing.” (pg. 324)"

My question (lawfags, that's your cue) is that if the FISA lawyer's actions relevant to the Email investigation case were fraudulent, does that then render all related FISA signatures were also fraudulent?

So much of this whole spiderweb seems to boil down to fraud and lies.

"A couple of examples that will be in the news soon. Apparatchik No 1: Tashina Gauhar. Apparatchik No 2: George Toscas. The Siamese twins of the DoJ. The Dynamic Duo of the FISA courts. Tashina, once (briefly) a Civil Rights attorney in private practice, was hired by the DoJ as a "General Attorney" (paper pusher) in 2003/2004. https://www.federalpay.org/employees/offices-boards-and-divisions/gauhar-tashina . She had a BA from Loyola College and was admitted in the Law School of the University of Maryland in 1997. She was an "associate" at DLA Piper (then Piper Marbury Rudnick and Wolfe, LLP. In 2002 she was still with Piper as second banana in bankrupcy proceedingshttps://www.courtlistener.com/opinion/1897059/in-re-loewen-group-intern-inc/ . In 2006, she and George Toscas were moved to a new office, a "partnership with U.S. attorneys' offices and the FBI - in what are considered broad national security investigations."

Not bad for a bankrupcy gal friday.

"Toscas and Tashina Gauhar, the DA attorney general for intelligence, have offices next to each other and say they are in constant communication. The division is the liaison between Justice Department headquarters and the intelligence community." http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/10/06/AR2010100600015_2.html . Then came Eric Holder, the gun dealer for the Sinaloa Cartel, and in September of 2009, a new division was created.: A "National Security team"! And up went Tash and Georgie.

Tashina Gauhar as the "Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Intelligence;" and George Toscas as the "Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Counterterrorism and Counterespionage." Deep Staters who eat together, stay together. https://talkingpointsmemo.com/news/doj-announces-national-security-team . Guess who carried the FBI's water in FISC (yep, the FISA Court)? Completing dig on list of names per Q's instructions

SALLY MOYER

a/k/a "FBI Attorney 1", while Kevin Clinesmith is "FBI Attorney 2"

https://nypost.com/2018/06/19/house-goper-unmasks-identities-of-anti-trump-fbi-agents/

By Paul Sperry, June 19, 2018

"A House Republican Tuesday unmasked one of the five FBI investigators cited in the recently released inspector general’s report for expressing anti-Trump and pro-Clinton sentiment in work-related instant messages.

The previously unnamed FBI official — “FBI Attorney 2” — is Kevin Clinesmith, according to House Oversight Committee member Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC), who revealed their identities over the objection of the FBI during a hearing on the IG’s findings.

Another figure, “Agent 5,” was previously identified as Sally Moyer, but her lawyers disputed that and Meadows later said it wasn’t her.

Clinesmith was assigned to the bureau’s Hillary Clinton email investigation, according to the IG’s report, and also later worked as a top lawyer on the Trump-Russia investigation and the special-counsel probe.

Clinesmith sent a number of pro-Clinton, anti-Trump political messages over the FBI’s computer system, which the report said “raised concerns about potential bias” that may have impacted the investigation.

Meadows said Clinesmith was among five FBI officials Justice Department IG Michael Horowitz referred for investigation after additional anti-Trump messages surfaced.

All five worked on the Clinton case, accounting for one-third of the 15 who were assigned to the investigation. One was Peter Strzok, who was kicked off the special-counsel team last year and escorted from the FBI headquarters building Friday as part of internal discipline proceedings. He and his mistress, Lisa Page, who left the bureau last month, also supervised the Trump-Russia investigation.

The IG report said Page texted Strzok in August 2016, after Trump won the GOP presidential nomination, fretting, “[Trump’s] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!”

“No. No he won’t. We’ll stop it,” Strzok replied.

Horowitz testified that the FBI was withholding the names of the other rogue agents from Congress and the public because “they work on counterintelligence” and can’t be exposed.

But Meadows argued that other agents for the FBI’s office of legal counsel, and are no longer in “counterintelligence,” as the FBI claimed.

“They don’t work in counterintelligence,” Meadows said in an exchange with Horowitz. “If that’s the reason the FBI is giving, they’re giving you false information, because they work for the general counsel.”

Name does not appear in list of 16 names of officials involved in Midyear Exam from this article:

http://www.investmentwatchblog.com/fbidoj-mid-year-exam-mye-team-members-identified-in-ron-johnson-letter-to-rod-rosenstein/

Rep. Mark Meadows just dropped a bomb that Attorney 1 is Sally Moyer and Attorney 2 is Kevin Kleinsman who work for Trish Anderson in the FBI's Office of General Counsel.

Both were Anti-Trump, Pro-Hillary investigators who were referred for punishment by the IG and both work for the General Counsel.

"Sally Moyer works for the FBI’s office of legal counsel. She said, "Clinton had better win, otherwise I’m gonna be walking around with both my guns…"

"BOTH MY GUNS" is COP TALK, meaning that the SECOND GUN is presumed to be unregistered, to be used for UNAUTHORIZED SHOOTINGS.

There is a rumor that the FBI tried to tell the IG that the two attorneys were "CIA AGENTS", and therefore their names could not be released."

HOWEVER, in updated article June 27, the NY Post:

https://nypost.com/2018/06/27/sally-moyer-not-agent-5-in-ig-report-on-fbi/

"Dozens of media outlets reported the names, including the Post. However, Moyer’s lawyer insists she is not one of the biased five and “has not been referred for investigation.”

Adding to the confusion is that Moyer, who does work in the general counsel’s office, is mentioned throughout the IG report as a senior FBI investigator on the Clinton probe who made key and controversial decisions in the case. Clinesmith, who in fact was referred by Horowitz for bias review, worked as a second, more junior lawyer on Moyer’s team.

Clinesmith is “FBI Attorney 2” in the report, while Moyer is, in fact, “FBI Attorney 1,” which is not listed as one of the agents or lawyers cited for bias or referred for investigation.

Meadows’ office says it regrets the “misinterpretation.”
