Regarding Tashina Guahar. Admiral Rogers was involved in a series of meetings with executive secretaries of many IC agencies beginning in 2015. Guahar was among them as was Rybicki, Val Jar, Denis Montgomery and other big names.
The call for the meetings were made as White House Memos.
