That is not Cheney. He had multiple heart attacks over the years. I saw a newsclip where the reporter interviewing said, "This is not Dick Cheney," after he supposedly had a heart transplant. The guy looked like a Dick Cheney who had dropped ten years and had worked out at the gym, the voice was different. The reporter was right, it wasn't him.
