I thought this as I have noticed MO appear to distance herself from her husbands presidency. HRC has her own crimes and no need to attribute those of Bill to her. There is a civil law that holds a spouse liable for their spouses actions IF THE BENEFITED from ill gotten gains. The liability is equal between spouses in that case.
