My thoughts exactly. That was the real shooter - the one some students said they heard at the other end of the building. The kid they arrested was a patsy and confessed as he's likely also a victim of mind control / drugs.

Whatever they are carrying looks pretty heavy. Looks like 2 guys are carrying it at one point and it looks like an arm swinging when you watch the video.
