Been away from the board for a week - did anything every come from the IP Q dropped in post 695? I may have it.

IBM owns Softlayer (in fact, just 'rebranded' it to IBM Cloud). IBM has Watson … but no one really 'knows' where Watson 'lives' … except for a very few 'in the know'.

I got confirmation from on of those folks this week Watson lives in Softlayer's Dallas Data Center … the very same I traced that IP back to when Q dropped 695.

Doesn't make it 100% … but 95%+ given other data. Working on a plan to verify IP against known Watson connections.
