I know Water Terrorism has been a great concern for over 10 years since our water sources are not protected.
Something is up. Around 2100/9 pm, there were only 2 military craft visible on the ADS-B Exchange, a Coast Guard helicopter around Maryland and a C-17 by CA.
Checking the "Interesting Craft" page only showed 3 more aircraft. Total darkness all around.
Earlier today there was a story on Twatter about a Chinese sub, surfacing by one of our ships. Picture showed a flat top
