1) I don't doubt that the real Hillary is very ill, possibly with kuru or some kind of brain syndrome
2) The person at the funeral looked too healthy to be the same Hillary. Who is a double? How many doubles are there? What are we comparing each one against?

Describe the gross periodicity of the waveforms as observed by seismic stations (binary: time on, duration, time off, duration, repetition) before delving into what kind of modulation you guess was present.
