Senate Judiciary Committee Delays Votes on Trump’s Judicial Picks Thanks to RINO Jeff Flake

The Senate Judiciary Committee has delayed votes on nearly two dozen of Trump’s judicial picks because RINO Jeff Flake is withholding his vote amid a Mueller standoff.

Six circuit court nominees and 15 district court nominees were expected to be voted on, reported The Hill.

Last month outgoing Arizona Senator Jeff Flake vowed to withhold his vote for any judicial nominees until legislation protecting dirty cop Robert Mueller is brought for a vote.

Last Wednesday, the Senate once again blocked a bill to protect Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia witch hunt, creating a potential logjam to get Trump’s judicial picks installed.

Because of Jeff Flake’s protest, the Senate Judiciary Committee once again cancelled a session to vote judicial nominees out of the Committee.

Senators Flake and Coons previously introduced the Special Counsel Integrity Act in order to protect dirty cop Robert Mueller and McConnell shot it down.

Jeff Flake wants to be a pain in the ass for President Trump and his supporters until the very last day he leaves office, which is in less than a month.

“I have informed the Majority Leader that I will not vote to advance any of the 21 judicial nominees pending in the Judiciary Committee or vote to confirm the 32 judges awaiting confirmation on the Senate floor until S.2644 is brought to the full Senate for a vote,” Flake previously said.

It is unclear if or when the Judiciary Panel will schedule another meeting for a vote.

Jeff Flake can’t leave fast enough. Good riddance.

Intl Lawyers Assoc: US INF Move Could Unravel All Existing Arms Control Treaties

The US ultimatum to leave the INF Treaty within 2 months if fulfilled threatens the survival of all such arrangements including the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New START), Director of the UN Office of the International Association of Lawyers Against Nuclear Arms, John Burroughs, told Sputnik.

"Final US withdrawal from the INF Treaty threatens to unravel all arms control arrangements, and the stability and predictability they provide between the United States and Russia," Burroughs said. "The INF Treaty… was a foundation for subsequent agreements on reduction of long-range nuclear forces. If that foundation is removed, it is unclear whether New START and control and reduction of long-range nuclear forces generally can be sustained."

urroughs pointed out, however, that Washington and Moscow still have time to hold talks to save the treaty because a US withdrawal would not take effect until six months after the ultimatum period.

"This all means that there is a long period — eight months — for the US and Russia to resolve their disputes about claimed violations of the INF Treaty," he said. "And it can be done, through negotiations and transparency measures, [and] visits in person to the installations in question."

What was really needed was the creation of a multilateral process for reductions of nuclear arms leading to zero, Burroughs advised, although setting up such a mechanism would be even more challenging.

FOX News contributor Judge Andrew Napolitano joined ABC News chief legal analyst Dan Abrams on his SiriusXM show on Wednesday.

The ABC host asked Napolitano if anyone in President Trump’s inner circle is going to get indicted.

Judge Napolitano pointed to Donald Trump Jr.

If crooked Robert Mueller arrests the President’s eldest son — it will not go over well.

Judge Napolitano: Yes. I don’t know who, but I do know that Donald Jr. has told friends he expects to be indicted.

Abrams followed up: Do you expect he’d be indicted?

Napolitano: Yes.

In July 2017 Napolitano said if Don Jr. would have been given information on Hillary Clinton at the Trump Tower meeting with the Fusion GPS operatives.
