I stopped reading as soon as I saw "get around secret pardon" Pardons , secret or otherwise CANNOT be gotten around. POTUS has the absolute power to pardon and it is NOT review able by a Court. Any position that starts with this premise is flagrantly false!
Presidential pardons are for both civilian and military. They are one in the same. I get what you are thinking though. A pardon is only as good as the date it was signed and for crimes committed before that date. Please hear me. Any act that is a continuation of a crime tolls the statute of limitations and it starts the clock all over again. It also void a pardon for the exact same reason. You can't be forgiven of your crimes and free to continue to commit them. This includes a cover up of the original crime. The pardon becomes useless and the crime of current has a claw back effect. Does this make sense to you for your concern?
no! Anything he signed is null and void. Any international agreement, Judge or prosecutor appointed ( and their cases) , the bankruptcy with Solyndra will be interesting! Anything the Courts can undo will be undone. Some things may not be able to be undone due to the passage of time
Our country has NEVER been bound by international law! We are a sovereign country. POTUS yanked us to of the ICC to make a statement of that but we were never bound by it
