Well… the house didn't let him have his way. JC wanted an "open" hearing where members only get 5 mins per question and JC would get to say, "I can't answer that here." Now JC is bound to his testimony in a closed setting, where members have Sec Clearances. The only thing JC got was a slight stay of reprieve.
