John Soloman on Hannity re new evidence showing FBI complicity in FISA fraud
12-5-18
Hannity: John Solomon has found newly-unearthed emails which show that "top DOJ/FBI officials engaged in a willful and organized effort to defraud a FISA judge prior to the 2016 election…We've talked about this, but we never had these emails."
Christopher Steele leaked the report to Yahoo, which is turn was cited as an independent source to show that the report was true = circular reporting. But the DOJ/FBI knew the funding source was HRC.
Now we have "the smoking evidence."
FBI and James Comey was asked for comment; no response.
Conversation Notes with John Solomon:

Solomon:
A long email chain has come to light getting FISA warrant together. Some names: James Comey, members of the Nat'l Security Dvision of the DOJ, others unspecified ("a large group of people")
-
James Comey is involved in the discussion
-
The Intel community had concerns about Steele Dossier (maybe the NSA?)
-
There were significant concerns that Steele was already talking to the media (Yahoo News, which in turn was used as corroborating source for FISC)
Devin Nunes' comments on Maria Bartiromo and Hannity gave him clues about what was going on.
Hannity:
-
[So] the FBI knew the dossier was not verified and that HRC had paid for it
-
They went along with it to get the FISA warrant, committing a conscious fraud on the Court
Solomon:
Claim #2 needs more investigation, but thinks "it's among the most damning evidence of wrongdoing by the FBI."
Hannity:
How could this be justified? How could they not verify the evidence?
They purposely kept info from judges that they knew was pertinent.
Solomon:
Yes, that's not in dispute. What we know:
-
Core evidence for FISA came from a product paid for by HRC and the Democratic Party to try to destroy Donald Trump in the final months of the 2016 election.
-
Those who handled the evidence [makes an obvious reference to Strzok and Page here] prepared and tried to rush it thru the Court
-
The person who created the dossier knew it was fake when he submitted it; said he despised Donald Trump
"[So] why did this move forward with all these flaws?"
Hannity:
"These aren't just flaws, they knew it was fraudulent." Things that have not happened yet:
-
Release of unredacted FISA applications
-
Release of info on Gang of Eight
-
Release of 302s of Bruce Ohr and Christoper Steele. President said he might do it at the appropriate time.
Nunes: Everybody knew this was phony. They all knew and withheld exculpatory evidence.
Why won't the President release it?
Solomon:
The President is (in his opinion) committed to the release of these docs, but he and his lawyers are concerned there will be an accusation of tampering with the Mueller investigation if it happens before Mueller is done. Then we can have the debate about how this originated and how to prevent it in the future.
Hannity:
"Great reporting. This is huge."
