Define Projection

Projection = Project Ion?

A quick gulag search shows second link down a deleted page from the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB). No mention of project ion on the deleted page but a little research of their webpage shows that they are part of the UN. No names stood out to me but when trying to access who is on their board it required a login. I even searched their wiki but no mention of board members. Seems odd that's all.
