Japan keeps coming up for me. Largo Entertainment, producers of "White Squall", was owned by JVC.

The meaning of Largo also seems to me related to both the Q movement and that 17 ultra low freq wave that was detected on 11/22. I am going to look more into this ZSU and Japan/NZ connection.
