In the posts linked from last bread, where Hillary gets her envelope, right before it in the video clip, Pence and his wife are seen talking to her. Hillary waits with a weird look on her face until a moment passes for the Pence's to sit down, and then opens her program quickly to find the envelope.

Possibly Pence told her you are being served look in your program, and Mrs. Pence has a backup envelope as a fail safe that's seen in her program, which is also in the posts above. Perhaps this was in case the encounter doesn't work to serve Hillary as planned.

Might be wishful thinking, but could explain the facial expressions and behavior patterns displayed.

If you are talking about HRC's slow reaction time vs Jeb's & Laura's quick reaction time, HRC knows we are watching her and tries hard in the whole ceremony to not give us the satisfaction of a reaction. She is calculated and hardened to the core…thus she thought she would never lose, and still doesn't. Just my take.

Possible that Pence's are tasked to serve Hillary and their envelope is backup in case it doesn't work first time. Pence would not be giving the highest level intel meeting about China that we saw a short while back if he's in the cabal. That theory doesn't logically pan out on many levels, imo.

Possible that evil has many avenues left, but as Q inferred, sci fi level military planning has accounted for many scenarios so Q+ moves are mostly planned for optimum flexibility, thus still "the plan" at its core.

Also since Q+ can hear them breathing and eyes are on, it's hard to hide your plotting when you can use their surveillance against them.

Finally, another interpretation of them having played out their hand is that any moves left put them at risk of being seen for what they are.

For example, kill off Carter for another delay…the public would be very suspicious. Have the 13 families step out of the shadows to do their own dirty work? Never going to happen.

Yet to cover our bases, all of the Q anon army is commanded to see something, say something. This then is not "unlimited" moves as you say. Oh and then there is Lord and Savior Jesus Christ helping us all. Certainly the end is near.
