There are padded cells at Gitmo now, so insanity isn't going to get Freddie a nice room stateside. He really is a product of the CIA's MK Ultra/Orion program. Annoying, but also a victim. Best thing to do, is keep him locked up untill a natural death decades in the future. Sad, destroyed life, but a warning as to what evil men can do.
