Sauce is what we need. Sites that offer stories are great, but patents, chips, affidavit evidence are what I'm trying to reference. MKUltra / Monarch is already Saucable. Satellite mechanism needs a patent. Following on so does specific tech in phones, if it serves as a local capture / relay device (can't produce low enough EMF - 5-25Hz).
