If you look at a post here that contains an image - note that there are two links for it. The first contains the hash that 8ch gives it, the 2nd shows the original filename. When you click on the second it activates a script to download the image. That is the link that is included in the various github pages and also now on the http:// qanonposts.com.
I purposely did not use this link for the spreadsheet. I always put the first link, so that people who click will see it and be able to download it or not, but see it first in a new tab.
