Do not eat anything cooked in a microwave oven. Do not heat your water in a microwave. The microwave frequencies are absorbed by molecules in the food and it doesn't just make them kinetically vibrate (to get hot) but also distorts the angles of the chemical bonds. These distorted angles are what make it difficult for your body to utilize these unnaturally twisted molecules for nutrition. They do not fit – lock & key style – with biological receptors anymore, hence become indigestible and not absorbable as food. They may actually do harm in the body.
