In MK Ultra and Monarch, the initial intervention is TORTURE. Quite literally physical torture that usually leaves some scars even though most programmers are military-trained interrogators and psyop folk. The physical and mental torture is so severe that the mind is shattered into fragments. This is much more severe torture than they use to interrogate prisoners because in MK Ultra and Monarch, they need and want nothing from the past.
After that the programming is more like what you would imagine and often looks to the untrained eye like hypnosis and role playing therapy. But the key things are that much of it is done with the subject in one of two very deep trance states where the programmer can bypass the normal "immune system" of the mind.
This second phase is where technology can be used. On the one hand you can more easily induce the required level of trance. And on the other, when you program the triggers you have more options. In a normal Monarch slave a trigger uses two senses. For instance a specific word or phrase spoken while a specific scent is present. Or a pinch on a specific body part while a certain song is playng. You could use just a word or a song as a trigger but that risks someone other than the handler causing the trigger.
Imagine that the trigger is a tune played inside your head using neurophone technology at the same time your head suddenly feels hotter than normal. That is the kind of thing that technology makes available.
Keen observers of Hollywood, especially A-list singers, have noticed some of the triggers that are used. Singers have separate personalities for performing and for interviewing so any time that a singer is interviewed and then goes to sing their latest song, the handler will trigger them. Also, programming wears off if not regularly reinforced and for other reasons not fully understood. So sometimes you can catch an A-list celebl switching personalities by accident in an interview. You can see the switch in the eyes and there will be a before/after behavioral change that is noticeable.
Anyone else remember when they were testing this RFID stuff in the early 50's? They inserted a chip in apellet with antenna up into the sinus cavity of people while they were unconscious from knowckout drops. This backfired when many of the test subjects thought they had been abducted by UFOs and started meeting up, sharing notes, and in some cases, sneezing out the RFID device.
Remember how South Korea revolted because they said the president was controlled by a group of witches? So maybe Hillary was connected to this group. She is a Grande Dame in the Moriah, the babylonian cult that the Rothschilds belong to.
