I can't find that particular one, but the symbols are common in military and law enforcement. The upside down V is a moral symbol and blue line mean law enforcement. Sword armed with truth and cuts both ways or something to that effect. I am not sure on the O it mean something protected. It looks like a may be custom the unit put together. Pretty cool though.
