Vaccination has never prevented someone to get a virus and be contagious ! A virus or bacteria don't know before entering your body if you're vaccinated or not. You may have less severe symptoms thanks to vaccination, but you'll get the disease anyway if you're exposed to and you will be contagious, anyway.
