The world doesn't work that way. The majority of people out there are a lot more stupid and fragile than most of us here will ever understand. They wouldn't be able to handle it. It has to be gradual. Sudden impact would be devastating not only to the DS but to all of us. Don't forget, that there will be an aftermath to all this. The fallout will be traumatic for most.
