I believe that Q is telling us that we have suppressed abilities and that's why we forgot how to play. Q suggesting that this suppression will be removed. The 11/11 and again today's ELF waves could be removing that suppression.
Back in the early 80's when Project ELF was active in Wisconsin/Upper Michigan, I worked with a smart guy. He and his wife were delaying having a child until they left this area. He used to tell me of all kinds of dreadful things caused by the ELF waves. Local papers were supportive of Project ELF.
