Why would Laura Bush care if Jeb smiled or laughed at someone.

Who was he looking at when he laughed, smirked, chuckled or whatever you would call it.

Moments earlier he tapped his fist to his heart to acknowledge someone who was walking out. I assumed it was a minister or someone like that.

And how did Laura Bush know he was laughing unless it was a loud laugh. She was not facing him.

Did she hear him or did she see the same person and they had some scheme going between all of them and she was afraid Jeb would give it away.
