I posted some screenshots a couple breads ago of what looks like Jeb bending down TWO times to pick something up when the camera angle is from the back of the cathedral looking towards the front from a high angle.
I think he picked it up and gave it to Laura without reading it. She reads it, then shows him. Probably asking I didn't drop this? Or where did you get this?

Did hussein get served? I haven't seen them reading something or their reactions. Also, he and moochelle are the only two that shook POTUS's hand.
If POTUS didn't serve them, it's most likely because he wants to give him more rope to hang himself. Maybe he wants hussein to trip up some more, maybe in terms of the 2020 upcoming run,
