Spirituality can never be explained fully by doctrine. You need a life of prayer and grace to truly understand and live it. Catholics have believed for centuries that the Holy Eucharist is the body, soul and Divinity of Our Lord Christ. We will die for this TRUTH if need be and have done so over the Centuries. The Holy Eucharist is God's promise He will be with us until the end of time. We have proofs of this in miracles but the greatest miracles happen in hearts of the faithful, all of us spiritually united in that One Holy Faith. We have the true Religion, the only one that the Satanists truly want to destroy and mimic in their black masses. That in itself tells you a lot!
