Then at 2:15 we have Laura then Jeb looking at something and being totally devastated, like a gut punch. But I didn't see where anything new was delivered to Laura in between 2:11 and 2:15.

Do they have some sort of soft screen with internet access embedded in the program? Or did something happen during one of the times they were out of the picture, and something new was placed precisely within her program?
