spirit beings can appear in many forms. the appearance is not what matters. it is their energy or essence that you have to learn to "feel". Your spirit can feel it and let you know but you must cultivate your ability to "feel" in order to assess it properly.

put very simply, evil spirits feed on fear and exude it. JAH'S WARRIORS feed on Love, Truth, Light, Life…. and exude it.
