Yes, they are always positive encounters. When I first started interacting with them, I had feelings akin to nirvana that lasted for more than a year. I could actually feel the nirvana-like feelings start to dissolve when I let fear and anxiety back into my life. And even knowing this, I still haven't been able to get myself back to that level of feeling
There was a man who first introduced me to these entities, and he referred to them as aliens and claimed he was a contactee. However, I've always felt they were more like spiritual beings rather than aliens in the traditional sense
