Q 540 and 541
By now Anons are well-aware that on 18-JAN-2018 the classified info was made available from House Intel Committee to all House Representatives who were interest to view. Let's review.

In addition to the six asked by Q, these two posts raise at least the following questions regarding logistics and resolving these may lead to more unlocking:
What might be the significance of Room 239?
What might be the significance of the number of people meeting in a "safe room"?
This is undoubtedly another example of using the news to unlock the past; it is now almost a full year after these Q posts appeared. We have more context and more news to tap.
But back to basics first:
Perhaps the type of meeting – one requiring a safe room and heavy guard – suggests the subject or nature of the material around which the 19 people met on 18 January 2018. If it took place within congressional office buildings, then, the meeting might be directly related to a congressional committee – Senate or House (or Joint), scheduled or impromptu, and so forth.
Q Post 540 referred to the day's news and 541 referred to FISC info going public. And then Q suggested both the type of group meeting and its location by referring to Room 239 and by asking, where is AS (Adam Schiff)?
Infographic illustrates that Room 239 is the office of Republican SEN Crapo (Idaho). It is located in the Dirksen Building. It is not a meeting room, per se, however the Senate Judiciary Committee regulary meets in that building in Committee Room 226 which would be on the same floor at SEN Crapo's office. There are safe rooms in the various office buildings and these are used by both Senate and House members.
AS is not a Senator. He is a House Representative with an office in the Rayburn House Building. AS serves as ranking member on the House's Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. And that Committee has scrutinized DOJ/ FBI investigations and investigators who handled FISC info. It is the sister committee of the Senate's Intel Committee.
If Room 239 is Senator Crapo's, then, Q appears to point to a "joint" effort by the Senate and the House. Not one or the other, really, but both.
I suspect, but have no hard evidence yet that proves, that there are elected DEMS (sens and reps) who have begun to co-operate without showing their hand publicly.
