This is/was the exact plan at the US border anon. Except the UN instead of EU. DiplomaticSecurityAnon detailed how the UN was using NGOs to fund and focus the caravan, seeded with Intelligence assets (with NGO cover), to stir unrest massively in the US side of the border (like in Tiajuana but much worse), till the UN decides to send in the Peacekeepers (UN Military Arm).
