It isn't their jurisdiction.
That comes from the Sheriff.
The Fed gvt is only allowed to be involved it it is invited/approved by the Sheriff and the Locals are involved.
The security guards are campus monitors.
There is one armed Security Advisor who is posted from the Sheriff's office.That is the one that is armed. They are not actual employees of the school, they are Sheriff office staff. I would see if we can determine who that is from a copy of the school budget.
He is also not listed in the school staff, so we do not know if it is a dedicated officer or if that role is rotated.
I am pretty sure since they are supposed to be or already have released the transcripts from the Whitewater investigation testimonies.

Memes, yes. But talking points (posing questions) and documentation (news is ok for timelines, but actual documents, filings, reports etc) are our best friends. They cannot be refuted as opinion.

I downloaded and printed them out 20 yrs ago as well as acquired some of my own but have yet to have a chance to go through the 7 file boxes of info I have to organize and upload it.

Also, we need them to define Natural born as two citizen parents born on native soil.
Born as born anywhere to two us citizens (with exceptions for those assigned abroad for gvt work such as ambassadors, military, etc. as those should be native born)
Citizen - One citizen parent
Naturalized citizen - self explanatory.
