I'm not sure how she is smoothing and more impressively taking in that neck skin; but if you look at the wrinkle pattern on the left and right side of the her right eye you can see they are the same.
Clinton probably did have a double of some sort some time in the past but I really doubt that is the case anymore. Especially since most of their assets are seized and are obviously under heavy surveillance.
