CNN is going to collapse under the weight of it's own missteps and corruption - not due to legal action, or at least, not due to LEO legal action. Libel perhaps, but that's a lawsuit brought by individuals.
By any overt action utilizing Law Enforcement CNN would become a Martyr and completely destroy the gains made against them.
So just stop with that entire line of speculation or accusation - it just makes you look small minded and displays your lack of vision.
