Possibly referring to the border being secured by patrol since they didn't fund the wall. Its Boarded up with security personnel. As to not let anyone escape.
Not sure if this is normal, but these 2 planes flew shadowing each other, making lots of strange turns, then when they got almost to MIA airport they vanished off radar. Bot usually a planfag just caught by chance.
TAM8188 went back past the airport in opposite direction back towards ocean then went off radar. No call sign went off approaching airport. Wasn't sure, just seemed odd them shadowing like that and then one not landing. Thanks
