correct. and certain molecules can insulate against plasma as well as electrons. i personally think that's how the water stays on the planet. It's held there because the plasma presses it against the earth via the radiation belts the capacitance generates..
Just my own pet thought on it, I have no sauce handy to back that up, but something does keep all the water from spinning off of the potato shaped pile of rocks we call earth, into spaceโฆ.
