The bald guy is like 5-10 feet away from her and he doesn't even lean over to do anything. His arm would have to be retractable for this to even be possible XD

Just watched it for like the 4th time on 1/2 speed. The guy doesn't even face her at all. He turns towards the casket.
I think the envelope was in the booklet like everyone else's was. She probably turned the page and noticed it right at that time.
Oh yeah definitely, I think she had an envelope like Hillary did. You can clearly see her examining the papers closer once you can see her again after the casket is about 1/2 way.
