When Q mentioned ‘The Scaramucci Model’ in reference to Mueller he was talking about what we in the private sector call a Hatchet Man. He is there solely to do the unpleasant tasks ( normally firing, but anything else) that must be done. Once his job is complete, he hits the road. In this case, Whitaker’s targets, as hatchet man, are obviously the Clintions, probably Obama and possibly the Bushes.
