Q's "pain… 23" trip code refers to book of Jeremiah… in which 23rd verse of Chapter 30 speaks of pain befalling evil people. It appears that chapter and chapter 29 hold many more cryptic references to America and the current events (including Mockery of 'Michelle" Obama (see for yourself!)
