You can buy HAM radios with no FCC license, call sign. You can use it all you want and never get a license. I have been using mine for close to 30 years and never bothered to get a stupid license. Mine is mobile so good luck triangulating my location, never happens. get one, use it all you want and nobody knows who you are.
But the law says you have to say your call sign!!! so what!
The point is it is easy, and to think deep state criminals would ID themselves when planning crimes, because the FCC says you have too, is fucking stupid.

you are ignorant. You have to use your brain. How many channels are there? how many bands? one word on one band, click click another random frequency, another band, etc etc. No need to go through repeaters, no way NSA could track.
