By Order of His Excellency, The International Treasury Controller, as Legal Heir, Owner of The Global Debt Facility, Foundation Divine and Heritage International Trust, and Sovereign with its own Jurisdiction,

As of the aforestated date, the International Copyright, Trade Mark, Intellectual Property, and Patent Registration Authority, being an Authority under the “Sovereign” status of The International Treasury Controller; has applied and registered the following Copyright, Trademarks, Intellectual Property Rights of the following in favour of The International Treasury Controller, and in compliance with the applicable laws of the “Sovereign” International Treasury Controller:-

The Emblem, Motif, Insignia of The International Treasury Controller / The International Treasury Control, including any derivative thereof shall hold and carry the full international Trade Mark, duly registered under the aforesaid Authority of The International Treasury Controller, whereby said Emblem, Motif, Insignia., or any derivative thereof is Internationally Protected from copying, abusing, unlawful usage, or similar for all times and all purposes.

The following Words, Titles, Descriptions, or similar, including any derivative thereof shall hold and carry full International Copyright, duly registered under the aforesaid Authority of The International Treasury Controller, whereby said Words, Titles, Descriptions, or derivative thereof are Internationally Protected from copying, abusing unlawful usage or similar under Copyright Law for all times and all purposes:-

Or any derivative thereof with the primary words being:-

Any person, party, corporation, institution, Government, Government Authority / Agency, International body (corporate or otherwise) using, abusing, or utilising any of the above without authority, or licence shall be subject to legal action and substantial claims for compensation and punitive damages, and may also be subject to imprisonment for a minimum period of Five (5) years, depending upon the seriousness of any breach of this law.

The purpose, or intent of the above is to fully protect the International Copyright, Trade Mark, Intellectual Property, and Patent Registration Authority, and thus The International Treasury Controller and The Global Debt Facility from abuse and unlawful use This law and the aforestated registrations are also there to protect the People of the World from persons holding criminal intent with the unauthorised use of said Registered Trade Mark and Copyright of all items referred to above and conducting fraud, theft, criminal deception, criminal misrepresentation, procuring of funds from innocent persons / parties for the purpose of financing fraud, theft, etc against The Global Debt Facility / The International Treasury Controller.

TRANSFORM THOUGHT

So, what is our first task if we are to accomplish enlightenment? It is to teach you HOW to transform your thinking so that the wondrous genius within you will appear and intensify to that high state which transforms and transmutes you into the next stage of spiritual unfoldment.

A few great geniuses have given the world its culture in all of the arts, and the great immortals among them are the few whose works will endure as long as there is history. There have been, however, many geniuses whose works have raised the standard of world culture even though they do not stand out as being supreme in the Light of their own immortality. Ah, the journey of LIFE is

indeed long–and one must come to know that it requires many experiences and manifestations to arrive at the destination in the Light of all-knowing. Each life, however, is another step toward that goal, and each day of each life can be a greater step than the one before. Each experience is vastly important–far beyond that which registers on the consciousness at any one moment. When you arise

from each period of sleep with a wholly regenerated body, the seed of all that has transpired in all your lives unfolds within the new cycle of life to bring you still closer to the door of the Immortal Light.

Each step upward toward that Light is a glorious one, for it becomes ever nearer and is worth the effort of its attainment– while each step the other way toward the dark is ignominious and fraught with cosmic frustration which may take many experiences to overcome. Hence it is that you MUST go forward to attain that glory, and these lessons are for the purpose of giving you the knowledge

which will make it possible for you to go forward toward the Light to any extent that you desire without limitation–FOR MAN’S LIMITATIONS ARE SET BY HIMSELF.

Hark ye, O man, and know of thy bondage, know how to free thyself from the toils.

Out of the darkness shall ye rise upward, one with the Light and one with the stars.

Conquer by silence, the bondage of words. Abstaining from eating until we have conquered desire for food, that is bondage of soul.

Then lie ye down in the darkness. Close ye your eyes from the rays of the Light.

Centre thy soul-force in the place of thine consciousness, shaking it free from the bonds of the night.

Place in thy mind-place the image thou desireth.

Picture the place thou desireth to see.

Vibrate back and forth with thy power.

Loosen the soul from out of its night.

Fiercely must thou shake with all of thy power until at last thy soul shall be free
